Concremote for Precast operates via a LoRa network, the system is especially well-suited for use inside precast factories. Unlike the standard version for construction sites, which relies on GSM communication, the LoRa-based solution enables reliable and energy-efficient data transmission—even in production halls with thick concrete walls or steel structures. The sensors send measurement data every 10 minutes, giving production planners constant access to real-time information on the hardening and maturity of concrete elements. This allows for even more precise process control and seamless integration with ERP systems.

Technical Overview: Wireless Sensor Technology
- Communication via LoRa and private LoRa network gateway which allows real data every 10 minutes even in curing chambers. Those chambers are signal closed environments so GSM signal can not enter those areas. With our local LoRa gateway solution, an inner antenna is installed to retrieve data during curing. Private LoRa networks are easy expandable to cover difficult areas.
- Light weight (230gr) and easy to handle, therefor less imprint and rework.
- 2 way communication, measuring data from device to backend, status data (e.g needed concrete strength reached) from backend to device.
- Fast Qi protocol, fail safe, fast charging (also used for mobile phones)
- Fully integrated in Concrefy’s customer portal myConcrefy.
